About The Principal

The principal of ITNOA, LLC, Horatio R. Lee, P.E., G.C. received a B. S. in Civil Engineering in 1989 and has two years of Civil Engineering graduate studies from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he was a member of the National Collegian Dean's List and a Four-Year Letterman in football. After graduation, Mr. Lee took a position with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) as a Senior Civil Design Engineer, where during his 10 year tenure he gained a wealth of educational, community, construction and design experience.

He has over 34 years of experience in design and construction which includes, new home designs and renovations, new building design and construction, religious facilities, inspections, retaining walls, slab and foundation design, concrete flexural members, structural steel, post-tensioning of concrete gravity dams, slope stability analysis on earth dams, levees, sheet pile cells and environmental services.

Since starting with the company in 1998 he continues his hands-on approach to help customers make their vision a reality.
